I never could get into Valhalla Rising. I liked the look of it, but the vikings were so.. lame. "OMG arrows! I didn't know they'd use ARROWS on us!! PANIC!" It's used as a plot device, but it rings hollow.

Better Off Dead is a monthly watch for me still to this day. Especially for the Camaro.

Since there is a lot of non cult movies anyway, I'm gonna say I really enjoyed the movie Dune (1984). I'm officially a big fan.
Not the only movie I like. But I love this movie and can't get over it

I'll admit Lynch's Dune has grown on me, though it's still something of a mess. There was a totally different take on the material in early development in the 70's but it was deemed unfilmable. Folks did a documentary about it and the legendary art created for the project that ended up inspiring many other filmmakers:
Still, the 80's version that did get made has its moments.

If you have not seen "Real Men" with John Ritter and James Belushi, you are not cool:

"The Keep" is a magnificent book (I have a signed 1st edition, one of my favorites) and they did try to make a film. It's not great, but there was no way to cover the material given the limits put on the production. It is a Michael Mann film, so great music (Tangerine Dream) and use of lighting and contrast make the movie ok.

This might get you to want to see it:
