i have always loved archery, i shoot and hunt with my compound, recurve and crossbow, my question is has anyone ever thought about or tried a d loop and trigger release for a recurve or long bow? , i think it may help with consistency, i always used a glove and instinctive shooting but i have thought about trying a d loop for a long time, what are your guys thoughts?

the issue is for a traditional bow if you twist the limbs on impact you just rendered your bow useless so i would say it is a fair bet that if you do use it for defense your bow is done for

i love my tenchi, just fyi they do not provide a tracking number from sbg, so you will rack your brains for about a week lol, but i like mine, it is an excellent cutter, just a bit tip heavy but other than that great

i dunno mine came hair popping sharp out of the box, maybe whoever said that got a lemon
the tenchi is a little tip heavy, but over all well balanced and is a great heavy or light cutter
tenchi is 9260 through hardened with fake hamon

my only complaint about the tenchi is the sgaeo it is freaking huge, i dunno why they make it that way, it barely fits on my racks

That WW2 Gunto has a really nice scabbard. Is the rust on your spartan sword active? Looks really red it is a forced patina i did recently, i wanted to give it that aged look

that isn't the duncan replica, it was one they used as a cover photo and never used in the series, dunno why they used it really Thanks for the input. It's not an official replica and it's stainless like I said. I personally don't think I will ever buy a stainless steel sword ever again, but this one satisfied me for a Duncan Highlander. =) yah i have the replica from marto, you can buy the real version from www.pointgallery.com for about 1k, a functional blade i will show my marto below

nice blade, but i often wonder why they made the Excalibur sword look like this, i would think it would be more of a roman gladius style sword since the time of the legend was around roman rule , just a thought
