Thank you Edward! This blade was pretty close to standard too, like #1… they start to get a little more interesting from here - more blade work - more grey dust on the floor than its been so far - should be fun.
Finally finished crating up Chris's sword and got it on the truck - its a little hard to send 'em away after spending so much quality time together. Kind of like sending the kids off to college… or the Coast Guard… or jail...

Ok - so what we’ve got now is:
Blade #3 for Chris - Complete and Sent!
Blade #4 for Dave - Raw Bronze cast, Blade unfinished
Blade #5 for Edward - Bronze guard cast, Pommel in wax, Blade unfinished
Blade #6 for Sean - Wax molded, Blade unfinished
onwards!

Thank You Nial!
Honestly, Edward, I'm taking a little rest from the Warriors right now - to re-charge the batteries so to speak and be able to dive into the next one with renewed energy and drive - next week I'll be posting again

Please take care of yourself, man-- that's the important thing. Looking forward to hearing more news when you're up and running again. :-) --Edward

Thanks for understanding Edward - and everybody else along for the ride - I should be posting some #3 preliminary stuff soon - although my Daughter is going to deliver her 1st (my 9th Grandchild!) any day now and that will surely set my work schedule back a bit…

Well, here's the magnificent little reason I haven't been much in attendance here of late - please welcome Taj Lincoln Forbes to our world! 10 lbs, 13 oz of little pirate-in-training! My 9th Grandchild, my Daughter's first child. As soon as the glaze clears from my eyes, I'll be back to you with news of steel and bronze… Thanks in advance, everybody, for sharing my joy!!!

Thank you Rob - yeah little(?) Taj is a heavyweight for sure, but my Daughter is 5'11" and proportioned right for her height, so she handled popping him out real handily
Thanks John, I'm thinking about making a miniature version for him to train with - hahahaha
Thanks Wes!
Thanks Edward! She's good… I was amazed she could walk out of the hospital, but she did - she's a tough one...hahahaha
