I would like to say that I read everyones posts good or bad and I appreciate all the input. I have learned alot and hopefully so has Marc.
Maybe "WARNING" was not such an appropriate word.
Maybe I should have said "Issue?" or "Problem?"
Either way, the point was made and hopefully it helped 1 person.

Oh and 1 more thing, the 17 emails weren't exactly 17 long winded emails, they were mostly 1 question an email. So basically 17 questions.

Having an arguing match may bring its share of dark joys, but I think we should get that joy from playing GTA 4 or first-person shooters rather than throwing our bile at each other. I bought the rockstar game deal they had on steam the other week, all the rockstar games for like 40 bucks but my PC needs a slightly better graphics card to play gta4 RAGEEEE

You should play Call of duty : world at war, that nazi zombie mode is really great for venting off anger

Eheh, I think I'm guilty of sending too many emails. Especially to Sonny. I'm always bugging him about the metal lockets on the Bristols. ;D All of these Seller vs Buyer arguments have gotten really... argumentative. Yeah. Let's all LIVE IN HARMONY, HARMONY, OH LOVE! To spread the love to any who have not had their wishes come true: games.adultswim.com/robot-unicorn-attack-twitchy-online-game.htmlVenting by killing virtual people is good and all, but how many games make you want to live in harmony, harmony, oh love?! Anyone who gets the song stuck in their head, I love you too. ;D

This whole situation is unfortunate for both involved parties, but it seems everyone has stated their opinions and made their peace, and no real harm has been done. As is painted in big letters on the front of my shop, 'S**T HAPPENS!'.

I had a sword custom made from another continent and think we exchanged around 20 emails in total...though most were about babes with swords.

I bought a sword from KOA and was disappointed. so i called customer service, and they agreed to make it right. but i had to decline them as i had already modified the tang with a bamboo pin. the difference is that i called them to let them to know to watch out for bad product... reputation is that they usually do watch out... and to let them know that i was able to fix the problem myself. i posted about it in sword repair thread.
the biggest difference between Canaduh and myself is that i already had knowledge. Canaduh i see your point, but i see Marc's point as well. group hug. :-)

Thank you marc to put a ease in my mind.
As asking questions, i dont know others customers marc had, but i can guaranteed you something. I did ask marc alot of crap before and he answer me all of them without a single problem, but i learn something up tho, multiple opinions are better than one and thats why we have the forum and thats why i always ask on public wathever i need to ask even if it have been asked before.
IF the product is defective is not up to mark, he is just a re-seller thru him you get things cheap, and he can guaranteed you some things like if the item is defective he will work out a solution to get you a replacement or give your money back..
I bought so far 3 katanas thru marc (4 if you include one of the defective cas hanwei raptors) I know what i was getting into from the very beginning, specially in the cracked tsuka virus that condemed this whole production katana crap. Not even a single complain towards marc...
Just my 2 cents.

I don't blame Marc at all, sometimes its best to just not deal with some people. 17 emails tell me some one didn't do their homework before the purchase. I can't even think of 17 questions to ask someone on a production katana. And I know I have said it before but I will say it again. In the sub $300 you have to realize you get what you pay for, that doesn't mean you should accept a bad blade but it does mean the chances of getting one are higher. Its not like Keith Larman is personally doing QC at these prices. The important thing is what happens when you do get a bad blade. I know with Marc, it wouldn't matter what I bought at his website, if something was wrong he'd do his best to make it right.
