Then aren't you setting a bad precedent? Or do you just like dominant women?

Here, here - being married to a somewhat dominant woman myself, I'll second that thought. I like the dominant woman in my life, but i don't think it would go quite as well were she any other woman.

Then aren't you setting a bad precedent? Or do you just like dominant women? Well... I like MY Dominant woman. Being said Dominant woman, Sean is the best thing that ever happened in my life. As for precedence, half our house is dedicated to swords (guest room that now has boxes, guest bathroom where "sword oiling" takes place and a game room for show). I enjoy how happy being a sword addict makes him and I'm so lucky to have his love and support (especially with the job). Not to mention he's a hopeless romantic. He really never lets an opportunity go by! As for humble, well. . . we're still working on that

Et tu, Brute? At least I'm not such a sword addict that I would keep my woman waiting to oil my swords... no sir! ;D Would she keep you waiting to vaccuum her rug? You think I vacuum?! BWAHAHAHAHA! For what was paid, that rug is self cleaning!

You know your a sword addict when you take a job working as a sword blogger and when you have the option of being paid in cash or swords...you take the latter.
On the upside, I am getting a VA Malatesta sometime soon.

I gotta agree with Shadow on this one. I DROP everything at anytime period! Might explain why I have five kids. As a man it doesn't take anything to be in the mood, so if the lovely swordwife feels like it....... yeah I'm there. Now women are just different, IMO, if they are in the mood you gotta be there or the mood could be gone in the blink of an eye and your stuck oiling your sword. Okay that sounds wrong but you get the idea. By the way welcome forestfox, it's nice to meet Shadow's better half! ;D

Im a bit of a television junkie, yeah I know, not much of a life but its mine lol.I have a few shows that I will not miss for anything.Im fairly new to swords, but I have found myself sitting down to watch my shows only to find after an hour I am completely lost, have no idea what happened on whichever show I was watching, because I was thinking about a sword or cutting. To pull me from my little T.V. world on those nights is truly something.

Two things occurred to me today 1) I'm on a first name basis with the girl who works at the local post office due to frequent visits to pick up 4'-long boxes. 2) I know the tracking number of the package I'm expecting off by heart due to typing it into the USPS parcel tracking website several times per day for the past week. Hi, my name is Randy and I'm a sword addict....

I gotta agree with Shadow on this one. I DROP everything at anytime period! Might explain why I have five kids. Heh! Yup, thats living proof (Literaly) that you love you wife whenever you can... ;D As a man it doesn't take anything to be in the mood, so if the lovely swordwife feels like it....... yeah I'm there. Now women are just different, IMO, if they are in the mood you gotta be there or the mood could be gone in the blink of an eye and your stuck oiling your sword. Okay that sounds wrong but you get the idea. Indeed. I can not count how many times after a nice dinner or being out with friends... my Foxy-Wife was purring and I would rush to get us home... only to find by the time we get there, the moment has passed, and now she just wants to sleep, or snuggle in front of the TV. You MUST strike while the iron is hot, as they say! By the way welcome forestfox, it's nice to meet Shadow's better half! ;D My better 9/10ths more like... If it were not for DVR I would almost never watch TV. I refuse to have my time dictated to me by a TV schedual... so if I had to drop what I was doing and make sure I was in front of the TV by 9pm every monday for a program, it would never happen. DVR tho... oh how I love thee! If it looks interesting, I record it. Then, at 3am when I'm bored and can't sleep... its there for me. ;D your sword collection is worth more than your car. Not QUITE there yet... well, I guess that depends on how you look at it. I sold my car a little while ago... and it was only worth 1500-3000 at the time, it was an older Honda Del Sol. I don't have a car anymore. So my collection is worth more then the car I don't have... and its worth more then the car I DID have... but its not worth more then my wife's car. So, it's all in how you slice it, I guess. Get it...? 'Slice' it... as in sword? Hah... I kill me. Thank you, I'll be here all the week... try the veal!

Welcome aboard miss howler. Having been here almost from the beginning it makes me really happy to see some significant others on here who support their other half's hobby. If I ever find a woman I hope to find what I see and read about between many of you . It is an absolute nightmare to be with someone who doesn't understand or support our hobbies. It is also an honour to belong to such an amazing community as this, maybe one day I will get to meet some of you
