Here on SBG we have seen a LOT of really good cutting. I have opened a Collection Gallery where we can view all of SBG's greatest cuts all in one place. here: /index.cgi?board=collections&action=display&thread=7758&page=1
There's only one problem, I don't have all of SBG's coolest cuts in there. so here I am calling out to all of you to report and submit here on this thread what you consider to be the best and the coolest cuts on SBG.
let's try to clean up these videos though and stick only to the cuts themselves. this may take a little editing on the part of the owner but come on, it's worth it. I mean think about it, you want to show off one cut as really cool don't wade through 5 minutes of video to see it.
so let's have some submissions, I know you guys and gals have some great stuff out there.
Don't let your favorite shining moment get lost on page 13. Submit it to the gallery!

Kenpachi, Ricwilly, Major sweetness there guys, you have been preserved in the Gallery.
+1 Karma to each of you not only for the awesom cuts but for submitting them too.
Kenpachi, no the collections board will only allow the person who started the thread to post to it. the point is that it's a gallery for people to look at without having to look through a bunch of clutter and conversation. we can discuss the submissions here in this thread if we want, but people shouldn't have to search through 20 pages of comments.

Nice cutting, Ric.
Thanks, Tom. This thread is a good idea. I had a friend do that empty bottle cut leaving the bottom on the stand on the first cut with his new KC Celtic. I think he's still trying to do that again. ;D
Thanks, Wizz, total fluke that.

Some people may think my cutting is crap, but this is my favorite cut that I have done.

Master, crap? I think not. A cut that clean with a blade that small is impressive.

Hey MODS, any chance we can get this stickied? I'd like for all members to have a chance to post their coolest vid to the gallery and don't want this thread to get lost. if it's not sticky-worthy then I understand. thanks

Here's a cut I made one-handed with a bare tanto blade that I made myself. This one is the "Sensei" tanto, for those of you who know my bladework: Target is a fairly firm-walled Hydrogen-Peroxide bottle. Not one of those paper-thin water bottles like that guy Master *cough* uses... ;D The end result: A clean slice all the way through!

I cut a buddy bottle, the ones that go flying if you do not have a sharp enough blade, or not cutting correctly. Pff, me cutting thin weak crap......... hand and a half.

slavia has been added to the gallery. as I say there, cutting with a blade YOU made and especially one that has a real hamon visible and that cut so well it certainly cool. some day I want to cut something with a blade I made.
and +1 for sharing and submitting

Cool stuff Master and Slav. Very nice. Here's 4 of my favorite cuts so far, all with a short blade. An AT1557 in a scabbard from DBK Custom Swords.

Kenpachi suggested that I submit this video:
I cut so low to the stand, the blade goes right under the milk jug without cutting it. I am not sure if this one will make it, but it is worth a shot.
