To all of the veterans, please forgive me for saying this, but I am glad that I never served in combat. I honestly do not think that I would have been able to deal with the fact that I took lives even if I was rightly justified in doing so. Does that mean that I am against taking life bo matter what? Absolutely not. It is sometimes a necessary thing to do to protect the innocent. My da had been sent into combat twice during his thirty plus years of military service. Thankfully he made it back both times. Gis last time he developed heart problems though. He is not really enjoying civilian life. He tolerates it now but he would rather be in uniform doing his sergeant thing. He was, is and always will be a Marine and soldier. He served in both the Marine Corps and Army.

Sparkedtiger that was a wreck dive in the St. Lawrence River so probably not much deeper than 40 - 50 feet. That's a good friend of mine who we lost last year. I'm the one taking the picture. Archie bad to the bone Marine in Vietnam. This was a joke picture of him.

He'd been diving for 40 years and loved diving wrecks .

Demonskull don't know the name, so many of them. Sorry to hear about your brother but at least died doing something he loved doing. Been 54 years exploring and working underwater for me although the working part has been over for about 20 years now. Well unless someone needs something raised from the bottom but no more hydro plant or bridge work.
