Just gave them a call Monday to order another sword. Easy as pie. Answered immediately
maybe your email is not going through for some reason.
But I have the same issue with a&a. Sent them two emails over the last two weeks and nada

A&A it is best to call them right now as they are all on the work floor trying to complete orders in a timely fashion, I've got two orders with them right now.

Sent them two emails over the last two weeks and nada guess I will have to call them. I made sure nothing was in my spam. I will try calling. I figure email is preferred by most companies. But perhaps not them. Or they saw my review of their Knightly and they hate me now.... Could also be the case. In which case as well, calling will work better ; )

Update: just got off the phone with Mike at Albion. He said he replied to all the emails he had. I confirmed the email address I used, so who knows what happened. I thoroughly checked my junkmail for anything. Nothing there. Oh well. But he was super helpful and pleasant on the phone. I will give Albion another shot. I think I need the Arn.... But for now I am going to pick up a type XVI bare blade to throw on my self-made Borderwatch influenced Ranger! Previously I used a ht longsword blade. It turned out qo well that I am going to make another with the Albion. As soon as I finish it I will be selling the h/t version. But it may very well be spoken for already. Gonna be a while though before I even get the new blade in.

Just be aware that Albion raw blades are not at all like H/T bare blades, which already have all the grinding of distal taper, edge bevel and surface polish. An Albion raw blades are actually raw, fresh off the heat treat oven with the scale on, and have nowhere near a finished bevel on. There is substantial amount of work removing the scale, finish up the grinding work of distal taper, and edge bevels before sharpening and surface polishing. You are looking at days of work on a belt, my friend, other than the crafting of the grip, and additional hilt work to fit the tang.

I just received a bare Albion blade, which was heat treated, and I finished the initial grind last weekend. The edges were about the thickness of a dime, so I had quite a bit of sanding to do. I went through three belts. I feel it was worth the effort as the blade is beautiful.

I appreciate the advice. I have a solid 2x72, so I will probably go for it; as, if I can grind a blade from a flat bar, this won't be terrible. But very good to know they are not as finished as I had hoped!

You haven't finished the polishing and sharpening, have you? Which type of raw blade did you order?

Which type of raw blade did you order? I ordered a Jody Samson leaf blade. I have a very special project I am working on that I will eventually document in the Customization forum, perhaps within a week or two. The blade is hollow ground and I went through three belts at 120 grit. Before I used the belt sander, I used files to shape all the bevels. I have not started any of the polishing. I've been very slow and methodical because I want the edges on most of the blade to be flat, but the last four inches to be thick and diamond shaped. It was a VERY acute tip, and it's about 5.5 thick around the tip. I am taking care not to remove any material in the last four inches or so in order to make the tip strong and robust.

Mike from Albion told me that they will not be putting up for sale the 3 new Axe models that they said were coming from their work with Eric McHugh. They also said that they will be taking down the 2 models that they have sold before because Eric didn't want to continue to make them. So it seems what is out there is out there.
