I think my favorite features of it is the guard and chape and of course blade shape oh and green is my favorite color ;D Great minds think alike bro. I too am a fan of green 😎 Seeing my drawing come alive is a dream come true for sure

I have a nifty little kitchen scale I weigh my swords and knives on. Measures to the tenth of an ounce or by gram, up to a little over 10 pounds. Comes in handy.

I'm loving the transition between the branching on the guard and the points at the base of the blade. The geometry there is really cool.

CroccifixioIs it a trick of the camera, or is the blade covered in deep grind marks/scratches/gouges? It’s covered in oil. When I got it, it was really tightly packed and oily. I was too excited over the whole thing that I didn’t wipe the blade down.

Very organic, sinuous, sensual (if such a term can be used on an instrument of death), which betray and camouflage its power. Green and leaf shaped blade make me almost smell cucumbers from a field lying next to a forest. Fits innumerable fantasy motif, particularly if swung by noble minded elfen type. I see abundant and ornate blade catchers (either by accident on intentional). That crescent pommel can really thump a melon.

Sword pommel, design, and color scheme give this piece an almost art deco look. Simple, elegant, and deadly look. If it handles well it should prove exceedingly lethal.

They did such a good job on the vorpal, the pommel turned out really nice

Croccifixio that is a really cool looking sword. Interesting to see the stitching done that way, not the most common method

Yeah stitching is a little weird, but honestly it’s not a bad thing. When I hold it as I would a normal longsword, my thumb is in line with the stitching and it kinda helps me feel out the edge. When the stitch is off to one edge of the hilt, I don’t feel it which is a good or bad thing depending on the straightness of the blade.

This one looks really, really cool. Looking forward to the full review. Really like the pommel on this one and the leatherwork looks pretty dang nice as well. More interesting than BCI and TFW's standard leaf blade designs by a long shot.

That's what I was wondering about, kind of serves as a possible 'alignment assist'. I really dig the color scheme on this one, blue and gold rocks, especially the two-toned handle. It's kind of the 'lapis lazuli' of the fantasy swords.

Right now my arms are a little weak from working out, so even dry handling isn't what it should be. But tomorrow I might have a chance to do some cutting. If that ends up being the case, with even a few water bottles, then I'll be pretty happy

It has so many aspects I don't often see in fantasy swords

I really like that blade shape! Leafblades are surprisingly hard to get just right.

Comparison. The Danu Sword is quite a bit heavier, but it lacks fullers
