Halloween is over here but I played a little trick or treat with my usual store and now I'm waiting for a CS Warhammer and the 2017 Chinese Warsword Machete, hehe. Even if it's to late for Myers this year I'll set all my hope into a zombie acopalypse!

Man, I missed this thread entirely. Let's see... (Zabazagobo uses Libra) Mike Myers Race: Caucasian Sex: Male Height: 6'7" Weight: 250lbs Hair: Black Eyes: Blue Powers: Immortality Regeneration Talents Weapon Specialist: Butcher Knife So, since he's immortal, thrusts are out. Since he regenerates, he has to be put into tiny, tiny little pieces, so... >grabs katana, teleports behind him, activates "blade mode", judgement cut< Now, what to do with the pieces to slow regeneration? >flushes some down the drain. burns others, spread ashes in the ocean. tosses others into volcano. mails head to ex-gf.< If we are going with the immortal version of Mikey, then I change my game plan. Once I have disabled and subsequently dismembered him, I am going to eat that mofo. I can't be sure that his immortality will get passed along to me, but why risk letting a good thing pass you by without at least trying to obtain it? Also, by doing so we can forgo any uncomfortable questions from the authorities. Also, also, digestion is as good as fire for disposing of a regenerating immortal's bits. Also, also, also a few weeks of free victuals. After all, meat is meat. Also, also, also, also that's what you get for inviting yourself into my kitchen in the middle of the night.

Reminded me of a book about mummies where the ancient Egyptians discovered an alchemic potion for immortality (all wounds regenerate over time etc.). They used it on livestock for never-ending supplies of food, but everyone who ate it died because the meat refused to be digested and caused blockages. I think it was by Ann Rice.

Your loss, I actually just ordered a pretty badass propane/charcoal/smoker hybrid grill. I've spent the morning looking at all the cool accessories I need to buy for it. I'm from South Texas, I promise you that once you taste my BBQ you won't care about where the meat was sourced.

... my family would think it was psychotic if they even knew I had swords and such. Maybe you are and just don't know it yet? That being said, I have no experience at being home invaded, but if I wanted to avoid having my blade entangled on walls and/or furnitures, and yet have powerful and fast slicing power to cut and disable my opponent, then maybe a shorter two-handed blade like a Ko-Katana or as has been already mentioned, an axe.

Maybe you're right... After rethinking the original topic, I don't feel I got the right sword for the job. My Condor Kukri machete would have the best chopping ability, but I would have to hope the guy doesn't have killer reflexes. Getting that close is risky when it comes to an immortal being. If I had a Chinese War Sword, I would feel I was right in the money with this thread

It's the Warsword Machete for 60 €, not the Warsword for 350 - 400 € (for the MAA version here in Germany). A bargain, half the weight of the sword, good to handle with one hand (the other hand is for the hammer of course). Ordered it from battlemerchant.com in Wacken, Germany, they run also cold-steel.de.
