Gotta give another vote for Glamdring, got lots of history, sword of a king, looks great and I like the idea of my sword glowing, just in case some orcs show up.

I'd like to have the Sword of Truth from the Sword of Truth series.
I can't find any good pictures, but if you look at the cover art of Stone of Tears and Temple of the Winds, you'll see good depictions of it. Especially on Temple of the Winds.
It would even just be nice to have an accurate and functional replica. But if we're talking about having THE sword....then damn, I dont think I'd ever use anything else!

I would want a Darth Maul Saberstaff, except with a more realistic design. Like a 3-4 ft handle, with a 2ft katana blade on each end - one curving upward, the other downward. I'd love to see something like that  |

Tetsusaiga ("Tessaiga") from Inuyasha, no question - the kaze no kizu attack is awesome!  That aside, it would be cool if someone could come up with a fully functional replica of the sword from the "Blade" movies, right down to the booby traps! ;D |

I have always been a fan of the Blades of Chaos/Blades of Athena from the God of War series. I have seen some replicas but never any actual functional blades

Arthas's sword from Blizzard's Warcraft series would be quite cool to see irl. Not that it'd be functional or easy to make ( like, it has some glowing fog like effects ). It'd be god damn heavy for sure ( even thought in terms of size i doubt it's longer than 1,5h or 2h sword ). What fantasy sword would you want the most? Done as a replica in carbon steel, fully functional. Could be from anywhere, Movies, TV-Games, Comic Books, etc. Post a picture of it (if you have one or can find one) and share with rest of us! I guess i'll start: It would be Hiro's sword from Heroes, though that's already been made, so then it'll probably be the "Sword of Aeons" from the Xbox game Fable. I couldnt find a good picture of it, sry. I'll play through the game and try and get a pic up in a few days... P.S lightsabers and other energy weapons don't count Let's see some nice fantasy swords guys! ;D I would love to have functional and accurate versions of Narsil, Conan's sword, the Master Sword (from Zelda)...the Highlander katana... |

I think I may be blowing my tax refund on one of those "300" Spartan swords that AoV is advertising in their Windlass Battle Ready section. Been wanting a nice tough one-hander and this looks like it will fit the bill! I think I'll get a sharp one ;D.

If only Darksword would make Gurthang, black sword of Turin Turambar... That would be really cool... ;D Of course in the style of a XIIa or XIIIa, but with a bit of elvish taste...

Thankyou very much for the karma, my favourite character is tasslehoff the kender, especially the story where they lead the hobgoblins into the dragons cave as a joke, very funny little sods. I need to re-read those books again, it has been far too long. I would love to get a dragonlance made just because it would be cool ;D
