I've seen that for quite some time and I've debated about whether or not to get it. I like the blade and the saya and the harness that comes with it, but I'm just not so sure about the hilt or the overall quality, despite what the reviews say.

You debated if you should get it or not? When is the last time you actually got a sword...?

I would like very much to smack you right now, my friend. Perhaps I should have phrased that differently; when I say "debate about getting something", I mean, "I debated about whether or not to add it to my wishlist."

I like to give ya a hard time, because you talk about wanting to buy EVERYTHING. Your wishlist, if printed out, would likely be over 100k... you better start robbing banks ASAP if you expect to cover that kinda scratch my man.

You give as much semprini as an older brother. And while I talk about a lot of the swords posted, I really only consider them; my current list, though I don't know how much the customs from Brenno will run me (and there's 4 of those) or the exact amount BB's casting and work for Ithin will be (and only a rough estimate of the OdinBlade I want), I doubt it would cost very much more than 20K and that includes 60 or so knives, axes, and swords of varying lengths, although I know there are a few I haven't added to my list.

Ahem! replyin' to the OP. I think it's interesting? Give the shape of the blade and the price, I'd say it'd be a light cutter more than anything else. However, without a lot of info on the heat treat itself, I might be a bit reticent about paying 70-ish bucks for it. However, I do think it'd make a wicked project blade for a light saber or cutlass. Just my .02 cents.

Assuming that it wouldn't fold up like a tin can, and if you could remove those ridiculous backstraps without ruining the scabbard, it would work.
It actually looks pretty cool.

I'll check the SwordnArmory website... but no, I haven't specifically seen it anywhere else. Why do you ask? Thanks for the input everyone. I thought it just looked interesting enough to talk about, even if no one wants to get one! That being said, a review would be steller.... -Slayer

Don't make fun of him? Okay... *cough tries hard to ignore wife-beater shirt, back-scabbard who does this guy think he is, blade? big cross necklace and skull beanie cough cough cough*
Ahem! That done, seriously, if that's this sword, I suppose it's all right. The blade is a little more curved, and the tsuka a bit thicker, than I had thought it was, but overall it performs all right from the looks of it. Now someone buy this guy a proper belt, please...

I say that becaus this is supposed to be "The Friendliest Sword Forum" and it seems some forget that. I should mention the back scabbard is the only suspention option it comes with. Would you prefer he wore a ninja costume and rainbow duck taped the tsuca. I think not but I wont be saying any more on that topic this is abought the sword.
ps. wife-beaters are white with ketchup stains on them not black

Anyone else think "he's trying way too hard" when watching that video? Not the cutting; from what I could see, it was pretty decent. But his outfit. It just screams "gangsta wannabe" (or as I calls 'em, wanna-gs).
