Okay at least this time he isn't cutting something out of somebody's hands...but as we all know, drills with sharps is a big nono...and the hanwei cloud sword he uses is scary sharp. I feel sorry for his students.

I like Instrutcor "Happa Ninja"... ;D Whats the deal with the smacking the sword with your fist or hand after the technique before resheathing it? Is that to shake off the blood, or just to say 'ninjas rock' or something?

Great, the three year old saw that. Now I'm having to explain why you never, ever, ever, ever, practice with "sharp, ouchies." Thank you Choson Ninja. Btw, the little one had his 1st ever sword lesson yesterday (Sorry, no vid) but he's still using the foam cutlass I found at Target. He learned high thrust (Ci) low thrust (Dian) and Middle tight side deflection. I'll see if I can't get something on the web cam. (Still don't have a video camera)

Maybe, but if I remember right you're more into Euro swords. My son is learning the Taiji (Tai Chi) sword that I do, and it's only lessons by daddy. From what I gather Lichtenaur (spell?) and Taiji Jianfa are two entirely different beasts.

I think that I am going to make a youtube account called ChosonKnight. Then I can be the European equivalent of ChosonNinja! The possibilities are endless.

I can make it to GA from KY on a bicycle. Though "ChosonKnight" might be good for a chuckle. (edited for typos)

I'm already in Georgia, tho where our young friend 'ChosonKnight' is is pretty far, it might just be worth it.

You do realize that if you become the WMA version of chosonninja, we´d have to come and hurt...errr re-educate... you.... Well those of us near you anyways .

This is why nobody takes those ninja schools seriously.
Additionally, of what value is a straight thrust to the chest of an armored opponent (reference to the first play)? Is there some kind of hole there?

It's such a shame that all these old guys would harm a swordless boy like me. I guess that leaves me no choice but to use my shotgun...

by far not the worst of what he's done. I'm not even impressed by this level of stupidity anymore. maybe if they both had sharp swords and did it full speed. Greg is falling off his game.

Not the first time a gun has been pointed in my direction, won't be the last. Anyway, the beat down is only if you require some "reeducation" for doing the "ChosonNight" thing. ChosonNinja is bad enough and if we could get our hands on him, reeducation could commence. We have some very skilled and experienced swordspersons here at SBG (No, I am not one of them) who I'm certain could give Greg a run for his money, if not a few "Lessons." ;D Anyway, I'm on the injured list at the moment so I'm not effectively beating down anybody right now. Maybe whack ya with my cane a couple of times but that's about it. (I'm still too young for a cane but dang getting hit by cars hurts.)

I would simply sit down with Jonathan and over a nice glass of tea tell him my opinion on these types of actions. Maybe after a long conversation and a few debates we could come to a consensus. If not, then I would gather myself and wish him good luck. He seems like a fine young man, one who is willing to listen to reason. Parks, on the other hand, well.......he's the one who needs a lesson. Great thing is, guys like this often destroy themselves. So just sit back and wait, it'll happen.
