Hey, Avery and I have setup a youtube group, hoping to get similar results as UBC only with throwing instead of cutting. We hope to eventually have small contests and create a community similar to that of UBC. So if you're interested in throwing, please join up, we plan to accommodate all types of throwers, axes, knives and the various styles of shuriken. www.youtube.com/group/throwing

Really? I'm quite interested in knife throwing. I'd love to learn axe throwing as well, but there's that little thing of getting an axe... ;D -Slayer

Not to toot my own horn or anything, but if it has a blade or a point I can stick it. As far as the axe prices go I'm not sure yet. I'm trying to work out a deal. Also going to sell bowies for throwing too.

Throwing anything with a handle seems to have the same basic principles. Grip+distance=stick

Yeah, the next one I'll do will be on throwing bowies. I just don't know when I'll get the time.

What the guy describes in that video is how I was taught to throw a shuriken, although multi pointed "stars" will always spin and often stick better from a point throw.
