Where can I find a sword stand like this one? Too bad the auction for this ended in 2007.

The only thing close I could find is this one by Cas. The only problem they run around $150.

Most of the katana kake(3 tier) I've been looking at are from the edo period and are thousands of dollars, the Hanwei one is great...but it's only 2 tier. The katana kake I posted above sold for only 180.00, it was listed as "vintage". I currently have a Cold Steel 3 tier stand, it doesn't seem secure the katana well enough, the seats of the stand seem too small, the saya will not seat all the way down, therefore leaving a gap.

You can ask our forummate James ( katanado ) He can make a kake with mother of pearl inlays by your specifications... Just received my mahogany kake from him. Quality is outstanding

It would be a shame if it was plastic.

Ia there anyone who has drawings for different sword stands? I would be specially interested in something like Wasenshis.
I plan to make my own in oak.
