So they are one of the more recent sellers I've been seeing releasing their stock on eBay. They claimed in PMs that their swords are sharp and durable when I asked them about one of their hand and a halfs, also insisting that its 'very high quality' and asking me to please buy it asap www.ebay.com/itm/385593026988Has anyone had experience? How are their swords such as this one? www.ebay.com/itm/385654930145What should be their user page: www.ebay.com/str/golightlysports

I'd say they are sus....they even call one of the swords they are selling "Custom & Handmade Tinker sword battle ready sword / Viking sword" and show a pic of a Hanwei Tinker lookalike at half the price of the real thing. I would not expect to receive what is in the picture....something similar, but inferior...based on some of the feedback.

I'm a little dubious as well. First off, being named a go kart seller is a little bit of a red flag. Second, you might use Google Image to see if they are reposting images from manufacturers or other vendors. That will let you know what they claim to be selling. Third, you could ask for custom photos to verify they actually possess the item and do another reverse image search. But that's just a gut feeling on an ebay seller. Their sword might be great and go very fashionably with other things they sell: www.ebay.com/itm/Leather-Pant-Men-Real-Stylish-Cowhide-Leather-Pant-Black-Color-/385593122492?mkcid=16

Yea I smell BS too. For example the two links you posted show a Deepeeka and a Kingston Arms Sword. The Deepeeka at $150 seems plausible but the Kingston seems way too cheap, also the Kingston link is using some very blurry stock photos.
My suggestion, stay away from that Ebay scam.

I wouldn't recommend buying anything like this, that's sourced from Pakistan. The quality of swords and knives I've received that are from there has been very low.
