Unfortunately, at that point, it's in Fedex's hands. SnA can't help you if someone else loses or damages something once it's left them.
I'm sure you've filed claims with FedEx? I recently had a package from FedEx marked "Delivered" on tracking that was not. I opened a claim after asking around with neighbors if it was mistakenly delivered to them, and I never heard anything from FedEx but the package showed up two days later.
I've also had one package, years ago now, from USPS go without tracking updates for three months before appearing on my doorstep one day, after I'd already replaced everything in it...

Bought from SnA twice, both quick and efficient. Your beef is with Fed Ex. Maybe your box was dumped into the gully, or stuck under a tornado, but don't blame SnA. They processes your order and shipped it.

Yea SnA is my second favorite vendor just behind MRL. Always had good communication, they actually inspect before shipment and are always up to date on their in stock offerings. Yea definitely a claim to FedEx is needed. Ironically they're my least favorite shippper due to similar problems.

Because everyone is missing the point and I removed the post. No customer service after the sale !!! SnA use to be my go to vender. I mean really I had to get eBay and PayPal involved to get a refund. Not the same SnA as it was before Covid. Not vendor bashing, vendor warning.
Take it as you will.

Then why delete the post and get so angry? And why was Ebay involved with a outside vendor? It's fine you want to post your experience but we were also expressing our opinions and experiences with the vendor as well as our opinions and thoughts on the situation as you explained it.

Why delete the post? Because no one was reading the entire post. True FedEx lost the swords. FedEx also told me only the seller can file the claim. SnA did not reply my messages or even the PP dispute.. 5 weeks went by before PayPal refunded me. SnA NO REPLIES ! The secord MIA sword, here again I had to get eBay involved in order to get a refund. SnA said they would send a replacement after FedEx paid the claim. I asked for a refund and they stopped talking. FedEx said the claim had been paid and still no refund from SnA. I had to get eBay involved to get the refund.
Last time I had a problem with a order from SnA in 2019, Jacky took care of ASAP. Now at the end of 2021 your on your own with SnA.

SnA has an eBay store and I’m guessing roscoe57 ordered though that. That’s why he involved eBay.

Still if the shipper lost the items I still don't see how that's the vendor's fault. We have had such situations brought up here many times even between classifieds transactions where the shipper dropped the ball.

Sounds like a lot of hearsay but if FedEx had, in fact, done their part as claimed, then something is definitely fishy with the rest. I'm surprised it took eBay that long to refund your money. Last time I had any issue with something I ordered from eBay, it was an item that their courier (unnamed) declared as prohibited and was "destroyed" but I was issued an immediate refund by eBay and the seller got to keep my money, too.

Ok, so FedEx covered the lost items and sent the refund to SnA who as middle man didn't send you the refund from their end. That makes a little more sense. Why didn't they just resend new models of the items you ordered? Did you request a refund rather than a re-shipment of the items you ordered? Seems things were delayed by middle man operations as it was FedEx's responsibility to cover the lost items but it was SnA's responsibility to get you the items you ordered. Did you not want the items anymore, or did they not offer to resend them when you reported them lost in transit?

This is a frustrating thread to read because you guys aren't comprehending what he's saying. SnA didn't reply to him for over a month, by that time I'm sure he was over it and just wanted his money back. He couldn't request a replacement because he wasn't even getting a single word back from the company that sent him the swords. Yes FedEx lost them but as he said the seller has to get involved with a claim and the seller, SnA was ignoring him

Yeah, that wasn't in the original rant, which has been deleted, so there's not a lot of context here.
Given what we now know, it does seem like SnA is on the bad end of this. I'm sure there's some nasty bureaucratic mess behind the scenes but I'm not in a place to have any insight.
At least they got their money back.

I'm sure there's some nasty bureaucratic mess behind the scenes but I'm not in a place to have any insight. At least they got their money back. Original Post that was removed due to the fact no one understood the problem: Sword n Armory review. Two orders placed with Sword n Armory. First order was dropped shipped from CAS Iberia and lost by FedEx. Second order was shipped from SnA and lost by FedEx. I had to file a dispute through PayPal and eBay to get refunds. SnA refused to answer emails, and the PayPal dispute. On eBay they did reply until I requested a refund. I am not sure what is going on with SnA these days. Though pre covid Jacky was very responsive to any problems. Now they still process your order fast. Have a problem and they ignore you. Needless to say they have lost a loyal customer. ------------------------------------------------------------------ Notes: The first order was placed on 1 NOV 21 for a Dragon King, bought from SnA and dropped shipped from CAS Iberia. CAS was very helpful with the lost FedEx. Not a single reply from SnA, On Black Friday I still had faith in SnA so I bought a Munetoshi Kouken on eBay. Shipped fast and made it to my local FedEx hub never to be seen again. After a week I contacted SnA via eBay. They did reply, though after requesting a refund they stopped. Before this SnA gave me the claim number, When I did inquire with FedEx, the claim had been paid that day. I contacted SnA for the status of my refund no reply. 24 hours later I contacted eBay. 10 hours later I had a full refund.
