Depends on the caliber. I picked up a really really nice Tanfoglio Stock 3 in .38 Super. 1000 rounds was $300. đ
But even the old Pact ammo is going up. 7.62x39 can still be had, but it's coming up. Even 7.62x25 Tokarev is drying up. 9x18 Makarov still plentiful.

I did bring out the oils in my mosin stock this evening image upload

I am going to dig this bad boy out of the safe, set it up and put a few rounds downrange and then a thorough cleaning/lubricating. I went to the storage unit today to prep the M75. I put the M2 mount on the hatch ring and cranked it over for a few minutes, checked fluids and fuel, ammo load out and put the battery charges on. Just want be ready in case the antifa pansy's go batcrap crazy. I'm sure it won't be needed or necessary but in the boredom of Covid lockdown it's something to do.

How much is everyone seeing/paying for ammo around the country? Lets use 9mm 115gr/124gr FMJ factory ammo and 5.56/.223 55gr fmj factory ammo for comparison sake.
Locally in So Calif. when you can find it, 9mm is .60 to 1.00 a round and the 5.56/.223 is running the same which is interesting since prior pandemic, the rifle ammo was always more expensive then the pistol ammo.

I'm down to my last 6 pallets of 7.62x54R and I've only got 3 crates of 7.62x25 left. My 7.62x39 is dwindling to the last 5 spam cans. I'm glad I bought it when it was going for a dollar a case, it's almost double that now. Makarov is worse, I've only got 21 boxes left and the local gun store only has one Conex box full. Yeah. All my AR-15 and .300 Blackout friends were laughing at me last year... who has the last laugh now?

North Florida, 9mm range ammo ranges widely between fifteen to twenty three dollars a box. .300BLK twenty round box was twenty seven dollars for the standard (not subsonic) range quality. I usually find the best deals at the gunshow, however demand has transformed the standard crowd of gun enthusiasts to a zombie hoard. I haven't been in over a year..
