Here's a handful of my swords. No doubt some will be recognizable. From left to right: 1. Del Tin sword I bought from Bruce Brookhart a while back. I no longer have my email correspondence with Bruce, so I don't have much information on this sword. All I really recall is that it is Krupp steel. It definitely feels like a beast in the hands. 2. ATrim 1520 I just recently got from aqw955. aqw955 - Thanks man! I like it a lot. 3. & 4. I'm sure these are recognizable to most folks here. The Hanwei Tinker Longsword and the VA ATrim Practical Longsword. 5. This is another VA sword. Like the Del Tin, I no longer have any of the order information on this sword. So I'm not 100% certain what model it is. But based on the pictures from VA's website, I think it's the Savoy Medieval Longsword (VA-120). And in the lower left corner is the sword guardian.  I have other swords too and will post more photos as I have time to take them and get them uploaded. |

I finally got around to taking a couple more photos.
These are the only Viking swords that I have. The Ulfberht and the River Witham.
And here are a couple versions of the Master Sword. The one on the right is the special one. That sword was made for me by Rob Miller quite some time ago. I think it was around 2003 but not certain. The one on the left is just plastic. I bought it because I always liked the Master Sword with the blue hilt. I've always had them handing as a pair.

This is another sword I have which I don't know much about. I bought this on ebay (don't remember when). It was only advertised as a Celtic sword. It does have what might be a maker's mark. I'm actually curious if anyone might recognize it, but I'll start another thread in the Beginners Forum to show some closer pictures and ask about it.

My rapiers. The first is a Hanwei Solingen. The second is the somewhat disappointing replica of Inigo Montoya's sword from Factory Entertainment.

My Pompeii and Mainz gladius. The Mainz is from Deepeeka I believe. It has the India stamp on the guard. The Pompeii may be as well, but it is not stamped. It's also not of the quality that the Mainz is. Both of these were ebay purchases from some time ago before I was paying much attention to where things were coming from.  |

I just got another red gripped sword, which brings my count up to four. Three ATrims and an H/T. I'm still working on the wall rack to get them up and displayed properly, but I wanted to post an image because they look fantastic (at least they do to me). I've got a pretty good spectrum going from a brighter red to a very dark oxblood. Here are my four red ladies.  |

And the 6 hooks on it are already all spoken for as well. I feel this is going to be a never ending cycle. :) The first image in this topic is no longer accurate. I'm going to leave it there though as a remembrance for myself. I moved that rack to the adjoining wall in the same corner of my living room. It still has the same swords on it though. And the new rack I built, which holds one more sword, is in the place of the original. The new rack currently holds my two H/T Bastard swords with grips done by Steve Huerta, and three ATrim swords. Here are the photos. Original sword rack in new location:  New sword rack:  Both racks together:  When I moved the old rack to the new spot, I played around with having it at an angle there as well. But it just didn't look right. It looks much better being horizontal. I think having them both angled just made everything in the corner look crooked. There is obviously one glaring problem. The new rack has an empty spot right in the middle. That place is reserved for a sword I'm hoping to get in the next couple months. Last Fall I ordered a VA Irish Ring Long Sword, and nothing else will get that spot until it arrives. I've wanted one of those swords since the first time I saw it. I can't wait to add it to the rack. A new picture will be coming as soon as it gets here. |

Looks fantastic Joe. I plan on having a similar rack to hang my euro swords on. My collection is smaller though just 3 albions to hang. A Conan atlantean, squire line Viking and an Earl.

What kind of hooks are the swords hanging on? Looks like guitar hooks or hooks you can get at hardware stores for hanging brooms, shovels etc. I have some of the later for my spear and some of my canes (t-style handle). |
