I have posted a review of my newest sword, but I thought I'd share here how I have changed it, on the first day. it had a threaded tang. I hate that. so I took off the end cap which you can see here: tightened up the nut that is under the pommel against the grip and put thread locker on it. next I took a pall-peen hammer, placed the tip on a 4X4 and began to hammer. once I got the shape and tightness I desired I cleaned up my work so now I have this: I like this much better.

Nice Job! Personally, I way prefer being able to disassemble my swords. Undoing a peen is a headache. +1 for the mod and for posting it with pics.
