There are many schools that teach ninjutsu, some with paper work and some with out. When I was in collage I spent some time in japan and did a paper on ninjutsu and talked to some older people there about ninjutsu and found that there are broken lines of ninja training. Many years have passed since the time of the ninja who knows what was taught to who? I have a background in Bujinkan ,Kung-Fu,and some JSA and have been in and out of school since 1989.My thoughts are that there are many good schools and many good people who can teach a lot weather thay have papers or not it all depends on what your learning and what you want to do with it.
