Really digging both of 'em; that second one reminds me of a beefy yataghan and the first, I dunno why, makes me think "Elven leaf blade" for some reason.

Like I said some of them look like fantasy blades. Glad you like them alot more to come if my hands, arms, shoulders and back will hold out. Man I reallt need a power hammer or helper.

I'd love to help ya, man, but I don't think I live close enough. Lol. I guess you could try doing more stock removal and less forging? Or set up one of those, uh... Trip hammers? Is that the right word? The hammers that you step on a pedal and they whack the steel for you. Those things.
Good looking blades, though.

Don't really care for trip hammers, really for my age I'm doing ok just need to slow down some. I'm always doing 3 things at once. Forging, while I'm waiting for the steel to heat up I do grinding, heat treating, drill tang holes or something else. I will need to build an extension on to my main shop with a thicker reinforced concrete floor for even a spare tire power hammer. Just not enough money to go around. My 67 chevy Chevelle is almost finished, just got a 1985 Chevy Corvette to restore. Going to go for a 500HP motor in this one. The Chevelle has a 425Hp 327 V8.

I'm sure that Chevelle will fetch a pretty penny. My great uncle had one, but I'm pretty sure he sold it. He did a really good job restoring it.

The 67 Chevelle isn't going to be sold it was my dream car when I was a teenager many moons a go. Took me 10 years to get it finished. I might even be buried in the car. If you try to dig me up the C4 will go off.

I'm surprised some people like the first one it's so plain looking to me.
If things go right I will have two more forged out this coming weekend. One kind of like the first one, and one kind of like the second one. You can keep up on the chart which one's they are, the chart in on the just another falcate thread.

I gotta say, Driggers. If you keep going at this rate, you're gonna be pullling in some serious cash from these things.

I hope so but I doubt it falcata aren't for everybody. Trying to save up to at least get a mini mill/drill right now. Get the mill/drill first then a hydraulic forging press, then a spare tire power. Want the mill/drill first so I can make better guards and pommels.

I'd like to get a drill press, but I barely even modify blades anymore. Let alone make them.

Nice. You'll need to have some random crap in your pocket to confuse future archaeologists.
