On the other hand, that Alexandria with a DBK scabbard and the A&A Rapiers are sure to go soon.

Of that particular batch of interesting pre-owns - the Del Tin DT2133, the Albion Alexandria, the A&A Serenissima, the A&A German Rapier - only the Albion Mark 1 Crecy is left.

Yeah... I saw that, and I really can`t work out how that knife costs similar to some swords...

It's because there's more steel in it than some swords...

No it costs more because they had to bribe someone to make it. Sorry but that looks very clumsy and from pics looks like not much detail was put into finished product, could very well be the pics though.

I like the briquet and the klewang. Opinions on them? Peened, 1095, is it worth what they are asking?

Fun fact - its cheaper for me to get the Briquette from Empire Costume than from Kult due to the low dollar :(

They already have a Munitions grade version of the B&G light cave sabre. Raises a flag about quality control. I have owned two munitions grade swords from KoA. The first one was a Russian sabre ordered by mistake. Blade had some waviness, but not bad. The second one was the Frech Hussar sabre. In this example, the blade is actually twisted off-axis with relation to the grip and guard. To me, this tells me that there is a huge variability in what KoA calls "munitions grade". If you get something like my first munitions grade sword, then thats good. If you get something like the second example, almost not worth it. For cheap beaters, its a gamble that you might want to take - I plan to disassemble my twisted sword and fix the issue. For something like the blue and gilt sabre, that may not be an option. I figure that if you are going to pay so much money, might as well pay a bit more and have it done right. Also, what is this o.O www.kultofathena.com/product.asp?item=AH3112&name=Soviet+Officer+WWII+Cavalry+Saber
