Hey guys i have a tinker longsword bare blade that ill be customizing the hilt on and i do not have a hex nut for it, does anyone know what thread pitch it is, and where i can get said hex nut? if anyone has one i wouldnt mind buying it off you.

Ernie made a couple for me. Ask him and I'm sure he do the same for you. I think he charged me $7.50 each.

I'd PM Findlithui - he does H/T customizations all the time. I've seen a few of his posts where he explains what he does with the hex nuts, especially since he uses non Hanwei hilts/pommels.

I forgot to mention that one of the reasons I ordered the nuts from Ernie is that he makes them from a tougher steel than the Hanwei nuts, which have a tendency to strip...

Yup. Ernie did the same for me when the nut on my EMSHS stripped.
