For anyone interested in Zheng Qi Ren blacksmith I've done a bit of research including communicating with several people in China and have learned a bit about this mystery blacksmith. See post and video of his sword test where he slamed his sword 56 times on steel and did very little damage. viewtopic.php?f=9&t=21283

I would have liked a slightly longer Kissaki but that is just personal choice, nice blade and work, ++for the camera work, I didn't see a $ costing or was I reading too fast ?
Found the answer --

The longer kissaki would be nice but definitely a minor item considering the overall product.

Just received the 2/4 sword today. The blade is faultless with a great hamon. The habaki is a beautiful fit. The furniture is tight. The fit to the saya is firm and well aligned. Everything is crisp. I'll try to develop a review for it in the near future just offering info that will complement this well done review.

Im in the process of buying my first katana and while im doing my research, i saw this company ‘watariblades’ and i just want to know if anyone here have experience doing business with them. Their prices is very competitive and according to their website, all their blades and hand forge in japan. Just curious about their quality compared to cheness or ryujin of huawei?

Welcome to the forum. I never heard of Watariblades. However, if they claim they are selling katana made in Japan they are lying, which should be a warning to anyone against buying anything from them.
Also, you have already been answered HERE I believe.
If you are genuine in your quest for a sword, for a sub 300 katana stick to known brands and sellers, and yes that does include some Ebay sellers that offer some good products, like Huawei.
Do your research, plenty of reviews on this website on various brands and models, pick one.
