All I have to say is thank you to Chris Scoggins and SBG store for solving this problem even though no one had to. I was refunded then I placed an order for the same model sword. I received the sword today and everything is tight and in order, and the blade has no pits or marks of any kind. The tsukamaki is very tight and does not require a rewrap. Im very satisfied with this sword and wont hesitate to do business with Ronin or SBG again.
