I was in a local sword shop when I chanced upon the two swords hanging up on the wall. Being a massive nerd and knowing of their discontinued status I couldn't stop myself from getting them.
I picked up the pair on a clearing sale and saved about $200, I paid about $440 in the end though. Pics soon.

Who made them, any idea? I saw someplace had done these blades, maybe Fable or Raven's? I'd love to see a couple of pics, just to get a look at them.
How do they feel and look?

They were most likely Windlass, as Bruce Brookhart has the pair up for sale in his collection and he designed for them a while back. They're still available, by the way: www.brookhartdesigns.com/Fantasy_Swords.htmlAssuming they're the same of course.

As far as I know Windlass was the only company making the Forgotten Realms Drizzt Do'urden swords. Bruce is selling the licensed set.

The swords are indeed the windlass pair. They are my first real swords and I have to say I am very impressed. They are great quality and have pretty decent handling to them. These are definitely a cool pair of swords.

Buckle your seat belt brother... I've handled those swords and, if they impress you, just wait till you get your hands on something better. Its a wide wide world of awesome swordy goodness that awaits you.

They look pretty cool. Likely to be worth something down the road. Maybe not make you rich, but I bet they slowly grow in value. It's funny how many people at least know of Drizzit even if they've never seen the books  Good catch!

Who played Baldur`s gate and pickpocketed Drizzt`s sword or two? They were more like scimitar`s in the game.

Don't recall pickpocketing, more like surrounding him with a bunch of summoned stuff and letting the arrows fly
