Very interesting. I've got an Armour Class mortuary hilt, but the blade on it was made by del tin, so I have no experience with the blades they make. Didn't know the full sets were that pricey, hmmm.

Out of curiosity, how'd you come across that particular mix? It seems like it could be better value than the original.

I bought it second-hand from the MyArmoury Marketplace. Karl Knisley was the previous owner, and he has a very extensive collection of mortuary and basket hilts. I believe he commissioned it.

Looks like KOA might be positioning themselves to deal with the shortage of Hanwei swords and or their subsequent price increases. These look like lovely swords . I can't wait to see some reviews.
