Didn't realize Hanwei made one....will have to take a look.
I am half tempted to buy the Windlass at that price and cut it down to about a 40" blade, shorten the grip a bit etc...make it a more manageable piece of steel, but probably won't...
edit - definitely won't...just looked at the pics at KOA..the cross guard has too much fancy on the ends to make me want to cut any of that off. I have always liked the lines of this type of braveheart sword but judging by the stats I'm thinking this Windlass model is going to be clunky in handling. Shipping is prob. pretty high too...will take a pass.
It looks to have similar stats and probably the same exact blade as my Hero's Warsword by them. It does look via KoA stats to be a few inches shorter and a little lighter. My HW handles pretty well for such a big sword and I'm pretty sure this one would handle the same. The only real difference in construction aside from design would be the HW is peened and the BH is a nut similar to the Roven. The Roven I own has never come loose but who knows with such a heavier blade regarding this guy. Even if your not into Braveheart this sword could be a cheap alternative to either the Del Tin or even the Albion Tyrolean regarding its german great sword design.

Concerning the Eglinton - That's too bad about the blade geometry (see Ulahn's SBG review ). The main purpose, as I see it, in having a 7mm blade thickness at the guard, is to give you the ability to put some significant distal taper on the blade. But they didn't do that. So this sword is probably kind of a clunker as far as handling goes. Beautiful hilt though. Too bad that you can't check out the specs and photos at KOA - but the Eglinton didn't made it to that site before Windlass started restricting its products to MRL.

Oh well, I'm sure with shipping and conversion and a possible customs fee it'll end up costing more than to buy it full price through a Canadian store like Reliks anyway. It's way too expensive to get stuff up here from the US.
