Hi all,
I am going to make a leather scabbard for a Seax I made at a knife making course. It should be fairly thick vegetable tanned leather.
The other piece of leather I need should be very thin as I am going to re-grip a sword.
If you can help that would be great, thank you!

Might be worth trying www.theidentitystore.co.uk I've ordered a few bits and pieces from them with no problems. Don't be put off by the name they are heavily in to leatherworking.

Hi, I had a look at Tandy a while back but their leather looks to be too thick.. I may consider buying some for a seax scabbard though.. theidentifystore however looks to be the best as it has some very thin leather, which looks perfect for a swords grip. Thanks guys, have some Karma.
