...has past the customs 30 minutes ago and is on the way to my house.
The way as i can reconstruct from the tracking details: on 25th take over by USPS left the US on 27th via San Fransisco Reached Austrian Customs on 30th in Vienna.
WOW i thought this might take longer. so 1 or two days more to go to my place in Innsbruck (about 500kmfrom Vienna).

as soon as i have the parcel in hand the first photos will be taken...i promise... The next thing on the Postal parcel thingys will be GPS emitters, and you can see your piece move on google maps...i dont know if i would like this...hmmm...

congrats the 1557 is a wonderful sword I think you are going to love it.
to answer Taran's question: yes but the 1557 ranks well above "leet" it is "leet + 220" thus 1557 or "uber leet" no excuse me please as I leave to chase down my fleeing intellect.

dammmmm....they deliver it today...an im off to work...***grml*** 1557 is the typenumber from Mr.Fletcher for a one handed Type XVIII sword. wonder how much customs i have to pay. and i wonder what a "leet" is (trying to stir my first morning coffee).

sorry Folks...got entangled with my work for the whole weekend with no time to really handle my new blade...but what i can say... absolutly lightweight... absolutly sharp... absolutly well balanced... absolutly solid construction... all in all im a very satisfied costumer...:-) you have to wait one or two days more until i can put up my detailed review here. just to proof i have received it... Sword and Cat looking very skeptical. unpacked

can't wait to see her put together and hopefully some cutting vid. my 1557 was the darling of the dance again yesterday. she always is. I have yet to meet anyone that doesn't like her. some people like other swords better sometimes but they all like the 1557.
