Hey everyone, if anyone wants to take 5 min's out of their day to give Hanwei a friendly reminder about their Euro Swords and their edges I thought I would post the link. Its a short message field submission and it might be a great way to get your voice heard and ours as a collective community. www.cashanwei.com/contact.aspxKeep it friendly, any company worth its salt should want to hear where it can improve.

Thanks for pointing this out. Not only did I suggest that they make some improvements to their edges, but I also sent them a second one to let them know that I had liked other products.
I wish more companies had something like this set up.

Thanks Brissy, have a karma.
I sent them a message about their edges and about the axe handles. Here's hoping they get back to us.

I have done this about 3 times and I also linked them to every review of their stuff we had on here at the time so unless they don't read those things they know. if they don't read them then we have no hope of seeing improvement. Tinker has told me that HE has told them tey need to improve the edges. if they won't listen to him who will they listen to? what I don't get is why their edges are the way they are on European swords but just great on katana it can't be that hard. and if it is an isue of different shops or forges handling katana and Euro then they need to send a guy from the katana shop to the Euro shop to help them figure things out. can't be that hard to do.

Thanks for the karma Avery , yeah I sent them a question about their side sword and if they had made the switch to wood or were still using plastic ....... no word back yet. I think they MIGHT have their customer in the U.S ...... I'm not real certain of that though. I mean they are a kick ass company (for the price) good products but their euro stuff could use some opinion from the community for some bits here and there.
