well I must say I am intrigued. Dynasty forge is pretty well known for putting out good swords. I love that he has Type XI, XVI, as those are not real common to the budget sword collector.
the weigts look ok.
I'm undecided on the grips
I wish the fuller extended below the cross guard. I just don't like the look of a fuller that ends in front of it.
also I am worried about the pommels. the one on the XI look like the wrong type for an XI sword. I can't find a reference anywhere to support that type of pommel on a type XI. fish tail pommels as I understand it are later period pommels exclusively. while XI swords are early period. the only way I would think this would have happened would have been an old sword kept in a family for a long time getting re-hilted to meet modern fashion. so while it COULD have happened that way I would much prefer a brazil nut pommel for a type XI. again fairly small potatoes for me.
the Real issue I have with the pommels is that they look too small.
Hey Marc, can we get some POB stats on these swords? and how about some close up pictures of the tips? thank you.

Marc had some damn virus thing on his puter. i think he is working the kinks out on the new site, and on top of all this the shobus are shipping, and the members have a raffle up to 200.00+ for store credit.
just thought i'd share the link for the eruo fans.

I'm interested as well Tom... but like you the fullers weird me out a bit. Also, the grip sizes seem a bit odd as well. I'm leaning towards a XVIIIa, its the only one offered without a fuller and has a longer grip so two hands are possible, tho my two hands not so much, I'd be grabbing all over the pommel. Love the engraving work on the XVI's guard and pommel... but the grip bugs me... way to big for a single hand, way to small for two hands, just wrong. And of course, that fuller...
