Howdy, I am looking for a nice medieval sword frog, but the only ones I could find were, well the cheesy, not very well made ones. So I was wondering if anybody here has ever made one and could maybe post a tutorial, or if there's a site anyone knows that sells really nice ones, that could be helpful. Could have sworn I'd seen one at armsofvalor's custom page, but I guess they removed it, or it might have been dbk. Oh well, I don't know where it went.

Ya, I saw those, but I'm sorta looking for something a little higher-end, but If I have to buy one it would be their 2 strap model.

Daniel, that is obviously a FANTASY sword frog as it obviously doesn't follow stadard typology and is not even historically plausable. I mean, what are those, catfish whiskers? no frog modern or medieval has those. this is obviously a sham, I'm sorry if you've been taken in my friend but some one had to tell you. killjoy, try contacting Christian Fletcher or Brian Kunz of DBK customs they both do top quality work. and charge top dollar too, but you get what you pay for. links: www.dbkcustomswords.com/www.christianfletcher.com/Christian_Fletcher/Welcome.html

I just finshed making a frog and took some pics of it in progress, I can post those sometime soon and it might help with anyone wanting to make their own if there's still any interest.
