I like 3.
I started thinking about it...
Shouldn't it be "Sword Buyers' Guide" meaning, the guide is for the buyers (plural possessive)?
<and>
"Sword Manufacturers Guide" meaning, a guide of the manufacturers?
Semantics. The devil is in the details. =)

I think the one who made #10 said he could change it. And if he isn't around changing the sidebar should be easy to do by someone else. I don't know if somebody already has contacted him, maybe Paul can? I did number 10. It would work with the sidebar split into two pieces. this one would tile in the background: and this one would load on the top above the navigation buttons to tie it to the banner portion: I'm happy so many like it!

Design five seems to be in first place right now... In fact, I voted for it. But if it does win, I suggest that it be revised slightly such that the depicted sword has a fuchi, and the tsuba is moved down between it and the habaki. The tsuba seems to be mounted in the middle of the "habaki" right now, which just looks wrong...

It's very sad, I'd like to vote for #10. So I've chosen #5 instead...

Voted 3. It's clear and legible, not to fancy and flashy to distract and make it hard to read. I like the curved title rather then the straight.
