Hi All, I am just getting to uploading and posting this from March. I have been kind of busy lately (new job). It is always hard to watch myself...but I have been learning lots of new stuff lately and now I am seeing so much more. Oh well, as usual comments and critiques are always welcome. Debbie For those that can't view the vid in other countries, maybe this copy without music or credits will work?

Debbie,
GREAT cutting.
I like the way you concentrate on form.
Good "onion rings" on that first jug too....
And I loved the thrust with the bottle flting at the camera....
And most of all.... LOVE the Rusted Root!!!

I LOVE that back spinning jump-cut... that is so fun looking! You study Haidong Gumdo right? Those guys have ALL the fun moves... I'd love to see you do that to a roll of Tatami Omote! As always, your cutting is smooth and your form is great... you always make me want to practice more and seek training again... it's been SO long since I had formal training... Is that your Mussashi 'Santa Special'? Like Marc said, great rings on the Milk jug, and I also love the one that attacked the camera... ...but the spining jump cut was by FAR the coolest! +1

Debby, Great to see you in action again! I want that jumping, spinning cut edited down to just it so I can put it in the Cooslest cuts Archive. I mean come on, look what the top did! that was a CLEAN cut and after a move like that to still have enough edge alignment and form to cut is cool but such a cool cut! ok so please, if you get a chance could you edit down and submit? thank you and +1 for great cutting.

No offense, but a woman with a sword in hand is perhaps the most attractive image to me - I know I'm not alone judging by the other enthusiastic posts in the thread. Keep up the good work, your form's a good sight better than mine- thanks for sharing! I don't recognize the background music but it was lively and now its sorta stuck in my head. In short, you RAWK. Backspin jump cut ftw.

No no no Ebon... when we are talking about how good her FORM is... we are NOT talking about her body shape (Which I can find no fault with) but about her TECHNIQUE. So far, in this thread, YOU are the first one to make a 'Women with swords are HOT' comment... the rest of us were just admiring the cutting. Tisk tisk... shame on you!

Very cool cuttin' there Deb. The turning cut was really pretty and straight. Very nice how the top of the jug just melted down into the body. No disturbance at all. SWEET! And I really like the music!

The music was Rusted Root....
Anyone that likes it would be well advised to pick up a copy of When I Woke
I saw them open for the Dead back in the 90s....
Wow... back in the 90s ... that sounds weird... I'm so old....

I'm just saying what everyone else was thinking (for the most part) - and I do believe I complimented her form, as much as I was able, in that I know mine is horrible and hers was definitely better than mine. At least I was honest about it, you guys would just have her thinking you were only looking at how she wields a blade, not how she looks doing it. ;p Ah, ok, shame on me, you got me. Sorry Deb, didn't mean to, you know. I wasn't really ogling, just admiring from afar. Edited to add: wow Marc, you were upwardly mobile back then? LMAO @ back then I graduated from high school back then so I should not laugh.
