I'm not sure where to post this so I'll try here.
My son has an Iaito blade purchased directly from his instructor who says it came from Manchuria. The Kashira/Ito are falling apart after several years.
Is there anyone that repairs this? I found a website years ago that offers this, but I haven't a clue where to look for it now.
Looking for someone near to Cleveland, Ohio.
Can anyone help/ offer advice please.

I would Lacquer it. The blade might not be worth the upwards of 120 dollar price tag to have it rewrapped. Or depending on the thickness of the blade you could try a Cheness universal fit Tsuka.
