LOTR Movie Prop images

Hi guys.
I found a site which offers high resolution images of the LOTR props which went touring.

I was a bit surprised, but not unpleasantly, at the finish of the swords. When you see the rat tail stainles UC versions of the swords they are all polished up like an unusable shiny thing. But check out the high res shots of the hilts of Glamdring, Sting, and Strider's, and you can see that they have been left in a pretty rough cast condition. They could have sanded them back and polished them way more, but the rough cast state looks much more ancient, antiquey, and battle worn.
I just though y'all might find it interesting.
