If you have a lot more money then you can try to find a nihonto made in japan...and if you are filthy rich, you can get a nihonto forged by one of the 6 master smith's left in japan.
I've seen you make reference to the" six master smiths left in Japan" several times now...
I 'm just curious where you get your information?
In 2007 18 mukansa smiths entered the competition, including the two living national treasures...
mukansa means that they are "above judgement" basically too good for anyone to be qualified to judge...
So thats 18 smiths so good that experts don't judge their work...
Thats not counting the smiths winning the competitions...
So just where does the 6 master smith thing come from?
