After looking at some of the customization allot of you were doing, I decided to customize one of my wall-hangers. Here is the wall-hanger (apart) It was a Wakizashi that i decide to make into a Naginata. I had to grind and file the blade so that it would fit deeper into the handle, Then I made 2 Seppa for it. because the wall-hanger had none with it. I was going to use the original Tsuba, But I broke it so I made the one you see here. I affixed the blade with glue & a brass peg. Next I painted, wrapped the handle with leather, added some decoration, then wrapped with wire. This decoration was actually a piece of of the wall-hangers Saya, I just used Upholstery nails to hold it onto the handle. And the finished project! Hope you all like!

Whoa, looks good. Maybe you could add some patina to the tsuba to give it a rustic look, or spray paint it. Nice job all around. +1 ;D

Yes its still technically a wall-hanger, But I couldn't do stuff like this with it before..... I still need to sharpen it. But you get the idea.
