Hey everyone, haven't sold on here in a while but I'm looking to sell this sword to afford my current circumstances. It's an Incarius Craft Type XVIIIc and scabbard. Stats are: Overall Length: 113 cm/44.5 in Blade Length: 88 cm/34.5 in Point of Balance: 15 cm/6 in Weight: 1640 g/3 lbs, 10 oz I bought this blade from a fellow forum member back in June and have only displayed it. It has only been dry handled, never used for cutting, but like most Type XVIIIc, I have no doubt it would be a devastating cutter. The weight on it is not bad for the blade profile and it's very solid. It comes with a wood core scabbard trimmed in faux fur; the scabbard is well made and is a perfectly tight fit, but it has a very small scratch on the back side. Asking $825 shipped in the CONUS which is below what it cost to have made. Pics from previous owner: drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JS968jQ9O2og0itVbgeLBJAgAMW2cAr3

Ahh, I remember this one, the merkin scabbard. It is a nice blade.

This was originally Holger's sword. The thing with fake cat tail is his doing. If I remember correctly, he has a review comparing it to Albion Principe. Been through many owners since.

Is there any distal taper on that beast? There is most certainly a good amount of distal taper on this sword. Rafal of Incarius Craft is very good at what he does. I would compare it to an Albion Principe in quality.

Having previously owned and handled this sword, 725 is a steal. The scabbard fits perfectly, and the blade itself feels lovely in the hand. Surprisingly lively in in two hands, can be maneuvered in one. Only reason I sold is I have nothing to cut and wanted something that feels closer to a feder for solo drills.

It's certainly a lot less than I paid for it 2nd hand, which was less than what it cost to have made.
