My late father had a sword for maybe 15 years, I never really noticed it as it was put in attic with a bunch of antiques: when he passed he left me the sword. For the last year I have been slowly polishing/ restoring it. There are many interesting aspects to it, with the research I have done it has bird seal script writing, gold etched makers mark and Damascus steel: it seems like a ceremonial sword but I don’t know much else. I’m hoping to figure this out with the help of the community to figure out its value and either sell or keep it

Only members can post pictures directly, and you are currently using a guest account.
However, you can also upload images to a 3rd party image host like imgbb and post the links here. 👍
