Hi, I bought this new sword, it has a weird stain on ir, I tried to remove it with Rubbing Alcohol but it didn't work, any idea about how to remove it?

Generally for a stain you need to use some sort of polish or abrasive that hopefully matches the finish of the blade. IF you provide the make and model that could help.
If you have not tried oiling it you can do that, if you want to dive in you can start with something lighter like Flitz but again I'd recommend trying to match the existing finish as best you can.
Also make sure you re-oil it when you are done.

The image isn't really good enough to tell for sure. It could be either grind lines or some kind of contamination like wax or maybe slight corrosion.

Looks like an oil stain. I had a few on a sword I bought recently. It comes when they use motor oil type oil at the factory. A bit of 0000 steel wool cleaned it up nicely. I'm sure there's other things you can try though.
