I would be inclined to think it is. The lack of phone number and the layout was similar to other sites I was skeptical of. The biggest red flag is they claim to sell a model that's discontinued.

It's shown in the post with the 2 links that the product photos are stolen from blade hq. Just look at the background of a knife photo and you'll even see the name. If you want to tempt fate and your bank account over it, that's on you. But the signs are there that it's a scam.

They probably take your money and then send you some garbage I wondered about this because if they send you nothing, Paypal refunds you. If you get the wrong item, it's the same. Wonder if they're selling copies? I've seen Spyderco Para copies from China, they're damn close and hard to tell the difference just by eye!

Yeah I got a fake bench made at the local pawn shop and from two feet away you would never know. Even came in a box with the bali song logo and everything I showed the fake para to a friend of mine a total knife nut. He was also shocked, not from 2 ft away, but we compared side by side to his real para and the logo was a different size ever-so that was about it. The colour was a bit different both the blade steel and the scales, the shape was also not a 1:1 but you'd never know that if you didn't do a side by side. I wonder how many fakes are out in the market as real? Came with a box, little catalogue and everything. I've owned and handled lots of knives and I couldn't easily see it was a fake. I can't even remember where I got it now, might have been tor browsing.

Nearly every dealer I've seen at gun shows selling Benchmade, Microtech or ZeroTolerance knives is selling chinese fakes. I can only think of one dealer I've seen selling the real ones.

It's still a nice knife in its own right but I've been carrying the same Benchmade almost everyday for 29 years and it still holds up! I doubt the Chinese fake will do that.
Jon
And I probably use my pocket knife 30 times a day.

Jon And I probably use my pocket knife 30 times a day. The fakes don't hold up at all. The para I'm talking about, the pivot always loosened even if you use a loctite kind of thing. All the screws started to fall out, it developed a heap of play even in the pocket clip. The blade went blunt just looking at cutting anything it was a terrible knife and not really even worth the $20 I think I paid for it.
