I was in Missoula for work and stopped by Zombie Tools. They were super friendly and invited me in. They have a cool display with all their current models and other metalwork. They also have a display with all the retired models. You can handle them all.
I also saw proto-types and weapons that never made it into production like a great sword, several khopesh, and a mace. Best of all they had some "shop special" blades for sale at discounts due to minor cosmetic issues so I picked up a few.
So if you ever end up in Missoula, MT, I highly recommend you stop by.

Aw man, they had a greatsword that didn't make it to production? Would have loved to see what that looked like.

The great sword is still a prototype in testing which I took to mean it still may make it. The owner was pretty clear they didn't like how the khopesh (khopeshi?) turned out. I think the mace was a no go for sure too. I should have taken some pictures but I didn't think of it until I left.

I kind of understand that for the khopesh. It's got a pretty specific aesthetic that probably does clash with the zombie apocalypse setting.
It would be funny if the mace was just a baseball bat, though. That would track for a zombie weapon.

It was solid steel and had a Sauron vibe to its look. Found a picture of their display on their FB page: The retired blade rack was on the other side. And yes, the shake weight was there as well. LOL.

I got this satin blade Belmont as a shop special. This is an amazing knife. It is big but moves very fast. The handle ergos are excellent. Their aluminum slaps with leather wrap feel good in the hand. I also got a Vakra and a Sharkalope. I love kukri style blades, and the Vakra seems like it will be a great chopper. The Sharkalope is a fast and deadly short sword. Some others that I handled and really liked were the Zakasushi, D'Capitan companion, Traumahawk, and the Marauder.
