New member looking for help ID'ing a friend's collection of various older swords/sabers. Pix below. Think I figured out the Toledo artillerias, the Horstmann, and the Ames 1840 NCO, but looking for some help with the rest...and any comments on originality. Not the best photo collection, sorry...have to resize some of the closeups I have to comply with site limits, but I can get better shots of anything of interest. Thanks in advance! Attachments:

Third sword, second pic is Japanese. 7th sword, 2nd pic and 1 & 3 on first pic appear to be British 20th C Cavalry Sabers.

upper pic 4th looks to be a french artillery briquet lower 1st&second look to be freemason initiation swords, they should have some names etched onto them which you could look up lower 4th I know Hanwei or Windlass sell one, but I don't know what it's called. EDIT: I think US 1840 NCO sword

Thank you both! Confirming the Japanese Type 19 dress sword and the US 1840 NCO...will keep digging on the others.

Second pic, the first two on the left look like Spanish costume/wallhangers to me, not Masonic. 3rd looks to be a kyu gunto parade sword. 4th does look to be an 1840 NCO sword of replica thereof. 5th appears to be a German Naval officer's sword. Sixth I couldn't say for sure, could be American, could be french (any markings?). Seventh feels Spanish to me, but I don't know what it is. Really need more an detailed pics to say beyond that for any of these or to get a feel for real/replica..

Thanks. Definitely an Ames 1840 NCO...good markings. Two of them are Toledo Artillerias...different styles. There are four different 1840/60 US-style cavalry sabers I'll try to post better closeups of when I see them again.
