Found this sword when cleaning out storage that belonged to my brother. Need assistance trying to identify it and then determine if it has any value. I have cleaned only the top part of the blade in an attempt to read the engraving. One side is clear and reads Weyersberg & Stramm and then EIsenhauer. The other side is less clear and have included a photo - think it says Blumgstarsa, the next line is Budapes and there does not appear to be a T. THen last it reades SUTO UTGZ. Blade is 31 inches long. Total length is approzimately 37 inches. Any suggestions of its origin or value is appreciated.

Looks like an Austro-Hungarian M1904 Cavalry Sabre hilt, but a different blade than the couple other examples I found....looks shorter and fatter and I believe they were all pipeback blades. Could be a composite sword or a custom variant?
