Hello, all, I've been lurking in various forums for awhile. I have a small collection of antique swords (9), which I'll be following up on later. For starters, I wanted to try a test post for including images. Here is my 1811 Blucher Saber. If the image posting comes out correctly, I'll be returning and posting more about it in the appropriate forum. The above is an image I've reduced in size using a photo viewer and reducing the image quality.
The above are images have been resized via cropping but kept the picture quality. As I'm typing this, the images all look the same (and the same size): too small to be useful, really. Are these thumbnails? Can a viewer click on them and see larger versions?
Thanks for your patience!
Ed M

In your post they're just 1kb size thumbnails, opening the pictures when clicking upon.
(Blucher!) (Wheeeehaaaahaaaahaaa...) (I can't avoid the Blucher joke from Young Frankenstein) (Welcome to the forum!)

Yes, clicking on the thumbnails results in seeing a usable resolution full size picture.
Nice saber!

Thanks, guys! You've answered my questions. I'll be posting about this Blucher (cover horses ears, please) shortly in the Ren and Military Weapons forum. I have most of the markings worked out (which I'll share), but there are two that don't fit any of the documentation I've seen.
Best, Ed M

Nice saber! All of the pics pop up to full size, however, the resolution is not great. Better than thumbnail tho..
