Pattyb0009 - buyer beware.
I have bought and sold a number of swords here and always had no problems. This was first time buying from Pattyb009 and felt good based on others feedback. However, I paid for a LK Chen Shamshir from him on 1/4/24. He said there were some delays due to ice/snow conditions but we had ongoing communication up to when he said he sent it out on 1/23/24; saying it would arrive in 3-5 days. I gave him benefit of doubt bc I’ve not had any issues with other sellers before. Then he went ghost despite multiple requests for a tracking number or updates, again I gave him the benefit of the doubt.
It’s now been 10 days and no sword or responses to any PM’s since 1/23/24 despite knows been on the forum since then.
Similar to adtharp’s post from today, I will happily rescind this feedback if I find out he is having a personal issue, but no response or tracking info(while logging into the forum several times, and corresponding with others in the community) is unacceptable.
Sadly, buyer beware.
UPDATED: Refund provided by seller which is appreciated. I do not know what happened but if sword arrives soon or I learn of delays by a shipping company, I will amend this further and apologize. Otherwise, I consider this matter closed and agree with others assessments who encountered similar situations.

Had a lot of transactions with him, no issues before. Life is a mess for everyone nowadays so it doesn't surprise me this comes up from time to time anymore. My delivery timeframes havent been spectacular either.
