I am a bit new to swords, but recently I purchased a super good sword(99% sure its a RK euro #2 clone, just with different fittings) for about $170, and I'm thinking of getting a custom crossguard made for it. I made a quick little model in blender of what I was thinking, and I'm curious how much it would cost for someone to make. I'm not a perfectionist when it comes to stuff like the crossguard slot being even, or the edges being sharp, as I can easily file things down myself. Pictures attached:

It would depend on the material you want, copper alloy, mild steel or stainless. I think there is a US manufacturer who 3D prints stainless fittings for Hanwei/Tinker swords, they might be able to do it, but it would likely cost more than you payed for the sword itself.

That's not an overly complicated design. A small forge small welder an angle grinder a file selection. There's probably someone with that sort of gear handy around you somewhere. A ferrier could knock that out for you.
